Naiyya Saggi is an accomplished entrepreneur and visionary leader in the Consumer-focused industry. She is the Co-founder of the Good Glamm Group, India's largest content-to-commerce D2C conglomerate, and the Founder of BabyChakra, a pioneering platform that has transformed how parents access expert advice, trusted medical professionals, and essential resources.

Naiyya is an alumna of Harvard Business School, where she was a Fulbright and J.N. Tata Scholar. She also holds a BA.LLB (Hons.) from the National Law School of India University. Her early career includes impactful stints at McKinsey & Company and The Bridgespan Group, where she drove strategic initiatives in healthcare and education globally.

In 2015, Naiyya founded BabyChakra, which rapidly scaled to reach millions of parents and healthcare professionals. After merging BabyChakra with MyGlamm in 2021, Naiyya became Co-founder, President, and Board Member of the Good Glamm Group. Under her leadership, the group achieved unicorn status, valued at over $1.2 billion, and now houses leading brands across makeup, skincare, baby care, and personal care.
