Job Role
A Technology enthusiast who is comfortable being part of a small, highly visible, tight-knit team and can collaborate closely with team leads and architects to accomplish your goal
What you'll be responsible for?
- Capture and integrate feedback into product updates
- Create user flows, wireframes, user interface mockups, and click-through prototypes to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas
- Create design systems and style guides that work across multiple platforms
- Write design specifications that document the design for engineers to implement
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams of designers, engineers, and product managers throughout the design process
- Review and provide feedback to the engineering team.
- Evaluate the usability of features and make constructive suggestions for change
Qualification and other skills
- Bachelor’s/Master's degree in design or equivalent practical experience from the premier institutions
- A designer with a minimum of 3 – 5 years of experience.
What you'd have?
- Working experience in Web, Mobile app design and Responsive design across multiple platforms
- Experience in designing for SaaS would be a plus
- Experience in all phases of the design process including understanding the problem, wire- framing, prototyping, visual design, interaction design
- Experience rallying cross-functional teams around a design vision.
- Experienced with Figma or Sketch, whimsical
