Job Role
What you'll be responsible for?
- Collect, clean, and analyse data from various sources to detect fraudulent patterns and behaviors across the product data repository.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define fraud detection requirements and strategies.
- Investigate suspicious activities and transactions to identify potential scams and fraudulent schemes.
- Develop and implement data-driven playbooks to prevent and mitigate fraud risks.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to assess the effectiveness of fraud prevention measures taken, their impact, and corrective actions needed.
- Stay up to date with emerging fraud trends, techniques, and technologies.
- Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and actionable manner.
- Participate in the development and enhancement of fraud prevention product features and procedures.
Qualification and other skills
What you'd have?
- A minimum of 5 years of work experience
- Database skills: Ability to query data on click house, aerospike, MySQL, etc
- Ability to use visualization tools like SpagoBI, Tableau, etc.
- Knowledge of programming languages such as R or Julia is an addon.
- Soft skills: critical thinking, communication with stakeholders, etc.
- Prior experience in the security, fraud, and IT risk domain is a plus.
